Who we are

This website, drkyledaigle.com, is operated by NSH Operations, LLC (“we,” “us”), 780 Bayou Pines East Dr, Lake Charles, LA 70601. It shares information about Dr. Kyle Daigle, DC, FIBFN-CND, his books, speaking, and the NeuroSage levels of care, and how to request a consultation at NeuroSage Clinic of Lake Charles.

What we collect

Information you send us. This site doesn’t have forms. To request a consultation or ask about speaking, you call us. If you email us, we receive what you send.

Technical information. Our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time, to run and secure the site.

We don’t use advertising cookies, analytics tools or tracking pixels on this site. If that changes, we’ll update this policy first.

Our clinic tour video is hosted on YouTube. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play; once you do, YouTube’s privacy policy applies.

Health information

Please don’t send diagnoses, medications or records by email. If you become a patient, the clinic’s HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices governs your health information.

How we use your information

Calls and texts

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time. We don’t send marketing texts without your separate consent.

Who we share it with

• Service providers who help us run this site and respond to you, such as our hosting, scheduling, messaging and email providers. They may use your information only to provide those services.
• The NeuroSage Clinic of Lake Charles team, for consultation requests.
• Others when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our patients, visitors or business.
• A successor organization if our business is sold or reorganized.

We don’t sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.

Links to other sites

This site links to our online store, which has its own privacy policy, and to sites we don’t operate, including Amazon, social media, podcast and news sites, NeuroHome, NeuroSage Hub and the clinic’s website. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Children

This site is intended for adults. Parents and guardians may share information about their child when requesting a consultation. We don’t knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

How long we keep it

We keep what you send us as long as we need it to respond to you and for our business records, then delete it. Patient records follow the clinic’s own retention requirements.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information you’ve sent through this site, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing kyle@drkyle.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date shows when it last changed.
